I think a lot of people forget to change exhaust cam timing with a new header as well. The flow of the header will require different exhaust valve timing to match.

Thanks Alex! I gotta tell you that costarrican fuel is quite polluted and due to that octane grades are not that high, 91 octane grade will be the one for this Daily Driver setup.

The dyno read high so the numbers to me wasnt real but I actually saw about 10-12 whp gain.

Here are some pics:

Graph after the header on pump gas

Sorry I cant find the graph for the run before the header.

Nismo Anju: What kind of electronic device you used on your setup? Piggyback, chipped daughterboard or EMS? Thanks bro, peace out!

Will come back to you guys when tuned charts are done and numbers set, I hope to pass my humble 200whp power band goal on a stock bottom end N/A engine. Down here is not happening quite frecuently as it's all over the world Thanks again!

...Tic Toc....Tic Toc... a fellow fan of that Sunny B13 NeoVVL and waiting for this Dyna Day to come (T-11 days) and after that my first ride on a NeoVVL over 200WHP. Can't Wait!

Expectations, not only on me and in STRT, but on Wizard are really hight (Hoping to see the hardest Legal NeoVVL over 200WHP in CR). Personally hoping to get 210-215 WHP. As you can notice expectations are way way over!! for this project.

Over the past months i started to gain thirsty for a NeoVVL and this will be my push towards it...

Im using chipped ECU with an Evil vcon and on that run vvl was activated at 5200 rpm.

looks like cams were switched separately @ 5200/5800. if so, try lowering the second switch point by 2-300 rpm to eliminate the dip.

Good to know, and thanks for sharing...I'll be setting this up using MS II, VVL activation points are now set to crossover @ 5000rpm (both) but that's must be tested so we can match the best points where engine feels better.

Couple of weeks left, will keep ya'll posted, thanks again for your comments.

With those mods, you will not get anywhere close to 215whp unless your dyno is way off. 200whp is doable and would be an accurate number though.
