i see. well we all know this every motor is different, along with every dyno.

they both have diff headers, diff intake manis, diff compressions, diff tunes thats alot of factors that add up to big differences.

a solid 10whp gain is good in my book. alot of people dont realize hitting the 260 270 is fairly easy, that last 30whp is very hard to achieve. ask jun or jamie, agian both diff set ups but both have spent hoursss on the dyno dialing it every ounce of hp.

cory post the sheet, i wanna see the tq curve, peak hp and how long it held it for.

cory i missed this last part.

get the motor hot, to the point the coolant is overflowing. grab a damp shop towel, crack the rad cap if pressurized steam comes out youve got a head gasket issue.

Well thats possible. I would think he would pure the coolant before hitting the dyno.

But yes a large enough pocket could cause a hot spot boiling the coolant.

Yeah, i think with more time on the dyno im sure you could pick up that extra power. However the biggest gain for you is the torque. What were you making for torque before? Wasnt it around 180 or 190. So +20wtq across the board is pretty good as well and will be very noticable. Im sure you have a lot more to try out to reach your goals and im sure you will reach them.

Ummm yea thanks Stratton...

Well see what happens like I said I'm guessing I'm blowing exhaust into the coolant. I had driven and run the car through like half a tank. But then first time it sees wot all the sudden were pushing coolant. The car has not gotten hot. So I might just see if I can get a few passes in anyways after really bleeding it well. Sucks though I wanted to take this class this year. Especially after only loosing by. 012 at this event last year... well see what happens.

I'm kinda thinking I should have stuck w my original plan and went 14:1 and e85 along w a new
header on my 2.3..

Also I'm thinking I should see nice gains from a 3.5in intake and my q45
Throttle
