Guys also depends on the muffler you run whether it will loud or not. Ive driven a b14 with a 2.5 exhaust and sti muffler, audible and was a little raspy. Meanwhile my brothers ve with a three inch and a tanabe pan muffler is very quiet. Mike's vvl was super loud with a greddy evo and the apexi world sport was stupid loud. He dropped in a pan style muffler and it was quiet. Maganflows are loud also, but sound pretty beefy.

had hks high power on my first with the 3" and it was loud them got a apexi n1 and that is stupid loud. isnt bad cruising but is when i open it up. i would suggest getting a resonator. i want to but havent had time to bother with it.

Were you running the 3" HKS?

I just got myself a 3" Hipower, a friend has it and sounds great for a 3" straight pipe

hks was 2.5 the n1 is a 3"

i honestly like the hks sound better. ive got plenty of complement from random people on both of the but the n1 is really loud when i punch it.

Who care how loud it is when you floor it .

Its cruizing speed and below where noise is an issue imo.
