Its going to be waaaaay noisier and make like 2-3 hp up top waaaay up top. You won't notice it lose any of what little bottom end it has because the noise will make you crazy and make everyone stare at you in traffic. It will also drone on hwy a lot and you won't want to drive your mother anywhere in it.

I'm talking about 3" man. Yours isn't that bad but its waaay louder than my scoob and you saw the so-called 2.5" system I was running. Remember when I bought it and we were like "Its so quiet for a 2.5" system... well go have a look at that muffler and you'll see. The crush bends are actually ok but that could have been a ga16de muffler.
