Use everything off the DE from mounts/brackets, harness, flywheel, trans, etc. Use the pigtails off the VE harness for the VVL solenoids. Its a very straight forward swap. Just gotta get a 3/4'' to 5/8'' reducer for the water lines to the firewall.

VE harness and ECU is useless, opt out of it and save a few bucks. Then use a Calum Basic, JKTuning Basic, Nistune, or JWT.

If you do decide to use the VE ECU, then you need to find all JDM sensors and use those.

You'll need a auto trans for the VE ecu, cause the SR20VE only come in Auto.

Make sure u switch the de injectors in too, if your using a de ecu. Switch EVERYthing over from ur de. Execpt the power steering, you can still use that.

You don't have to switch Injectors.. I'm using VE injectors with DE Maf and DE ECU that runs my VE engine.. and it STILL PULLS HARD! Just leave the VE injectors in but get a tuned ecu ASAP..

^Yeah I did the same. They are bigger on the VE but not by much. Also use the DE distributor and cut off the bottom leg. Makes life easier than trying to rewire the VE dizzy in.

I'm sure when you go to put on the harness the tps will confuse you so for future reference, the tps clips onto the top plug of the VE tps.
