Thread: Buying a sr20ve

Those places lie on free shipping. They charge to ship to wa id and Oregon read the small print. Get it from Jdm engine zone on eBay. Only 890 shipped to your door and their great condition ves. If u don't read the fine print u will get fucked. It's hidden on their shipping info. I could not find one that offered true free delivery. They will also charge u 100 for a lift gate fee.

IDK why i keep calling them jdm engine depot instead of zone lol. But then i had just woke up and was on my phone. Like i was saying as well. I looked and researched all those companies on ebay. ALL OF THEM that say free shipping, only mean to like 47 states, idaho, washington, oregon, all make you pay more for shipping. And then they charge you even more for delivery to a residential address. Jdm engine zone, me, viprdude, alot of people have gotten great and clean engines from there. And where in washington are you, always nice to have another guy around with a ve, and if your close we could help you out

So the place your looking at charges extra for 4 states on the other side of the country hmm. Also shipping is not refundable if the motors bad, rip.

The only feedback i could find on a sr20ve.

I would stay away from a place that hasnt sold many sr20ve's as well, who knows if their supplier is good, and obviously not if the guys first engine had issues. SUre they sent him a replacement, but hes out that shipping as it says on their site.

Heres a engine from them. And their feedback is 99% which is great for a ebay engine seller.


Also for the person who said to stay away from ebay for engine purchases. Things have changed the last 4 years, And now you have paypal, and ebay protecting you as well way more than you would just buying from their site with your credit card. My engine i got, as well as a few others like viprdude were perfect, the only thing wrong with mine was a broken dizzy.

Hope this info helped out man i was looking at many different companies on ebay and online, and they were the best deal, best customer service, and best warranty i could find. Also the motor showed up fast as hell, and they backed the trailer right up to my house, and put the motor in my garage. And the way it was packaged was great.

Yup ^^ I just put mine in very clean motor cam with dizzy all wire clips,acpump,ps pump, If u call them u will get a better price from what u see on eBay ask for Tony guy that sold me mine. It was $160 for shipping to Miami,fl but motor was $595. So a grand total of $755
