Ive told you where to go for a manifold dude the ones you have just listed arent up to much.

There are plenty of SR20VE's in the UK that have been running with no issues for ages now. Kurts, DMSteve's, RagT's, and Wezz's/Dan's...

Get a 20VE with your 16ve cams in then get a GTi ecu fitted with Nistune, put a SR20VE map with N1's on it and your laughing.... someone will then be able to map it very easily for you.

I know hence why iv asked which is best, Hve you a link to a JMR manifold? 4-1 sounds promising lol.

then dont waste your money.. theres really no point in doing ANYTHING to a 16ve other then increasing bore and stroke.. a 1.6ve will never match a sr20ve mods for mods, if your going to be paying for more power you might as well do the 2l setup.. its just not worth playing with a 16ve when a stock 20ve will outperform a modded 16ve

I sell all the bolt ons and do a cheap gti-r turbo setup if you are stuck on the 1.6. Keep it at 7lbs and you will have a pretty fun/reliable car. Otherwise you aren't going to gain much more than you have with a 1.6. You can get more power out of it but you have to spend big bucks for small gains.
