Well, i guess that Oldguy was right. I unplugged my knock sensor and the car runs sooooo much better. I finally feel as if i have a VE that runs like it is supposed to. Now i know that there are reflashes or burns that turn off the knock sensor, but my question is if my burn is not designed to do so will the computer keep adding timing until it sees knock? Or will just just run on a set timing table and only pull timing if it sees knock?

Well i guess there is no substitute for time when talking about knowledge thanks OldGuy.
And thanks to everyone else that helped me out.

From my understanding, the computer will run on a defalt/hard table for ignition timing. You will not achieve the potential power of the engine while not having the sensor plugged in. in my case the car ran much better with it unplugged and even butter with one plugged in wapped in a towel in the engine bad. But you have to be very careful when doing the later as you can run too much timming and detination will occure. So careful what u do.
