i think for 200whp the de is good. once y ou get into the 225whp range the 16ve is better.

Guys, My tranny is NON LSD.. Guy who sold me the car awhile back, before i did anything to it, said that the Tranny was replaced with a Newer model DE.. Don't know which tranny i might have..????

Also, i was thinking about getting the 16ve but you guys are all agreeing the for Drag racing, the best trans is the DE..???? How bout Road Race and Gas Milage???

With even taking it apart you can tell. Are both axle seals the same size or is one significantly larger. If they're different size then you have an LSD.

No i can tell the difference between an LSD trans and no LSD.. LSD will have a straight opening, where the axles go. NON LSD will have a PIN through the middle, inside trans, where the axles go.

I just don't know what Year or what Kind TRans i have in my car, since it's not an LSD DE.. and i know its not the 00 01 since it don't have the little Fins on the outside casing.
