What maf are you using? is it a Ebay T66 turbo or is a real T66? 550cc's don't sound like it's enough feed the fire @ 14lbs.

Ok i had got the car with everythink already in it some shop i think called vl speed in bakersfield had put it together its a real t66 they they had put a mustang maf n i found out tht the maf is shit the car ran hard but like u said not enough fuel it had lag but not dat bad it had a bad wiring job but looking start fresh.

If you get another VE motor get a meth injection kit. AEM makes one, snow performance makes one. The 91 pump gas takes more fine tuning to get away with more boost on high compression. If you run the DET pistons you won't be able to use the N1 cams. I say retune the ecu get bigger injectors and a meth kit and keep an eye levels and it will stay together and make more power.

So the det pistons wont work? How about wid the regular ve cams n how much can u boost safely with tht meth kit on stock ve without blowing it

Not with the N1 cams, not enough valve clearance. You would need to get the valve grooves cut into the pistons but I'm not sure if that will weaken the piston.

why don't you just wait and save up and but wisceco pistons and eagle rods, you can get more than 400 with a good tune..

you asked if you can run n1 cams with det pistons and i said no it wont work.
