this styled piston was run till i think to like 10k at least on a 86 stroke and had no interference with kelford v2's so your more then good.
i dont think your gonna rev the motor to 10k. dependent on were it makes power, id guess 8500 or so. 9 to 9.5 should be fine on a stroker motor.
if you look at some of the 92mm / 98mm stroker cranks in some b series which have a worse rod / stroke ratio then us and are under square and they still wind it to 10-10.5k.
