Se20ve valvtrain question

Somebody will probably give those away to you. The retaners you can get from Crower. But im pretty sure that the ve springs are just a lil stiffer if not the same as DE springs. People still have to swap the out to rev high.

Only reason you see VE guys revving to eight is that its safe to do with 16VE pistons since they were designed for the 1.6 and not the 2.0 in a nutshell. So it makes its safe to rev the motor to eight....something like that. But just get some real springs so you only have to do it once and never again

For the price of buying new oem springs and tit retainers, why not just buy the BC spring/retainer combo? I don't want to even know how much oem springs would cost..

you use stock retianers or bc ones. i don't think you can use the h22 retainers.
