Hi what is the cr when u use CP sr20ve 12:5:1 Pistons in a sr16ve is it the same as what u will get using them in sr20ve

12.5 in an sr20 will be just over 10:1 in an sr16

Using the pistons in a given block will make no difference, but if you use the 86x86 piston it wil yield less cr when using it with the much lower stroke of the sr16 crank...

^+1. Throw a sr20 crank in there. Just remember if your using 16ve styled piston to notch the pistons for the oil squirters.

A little off topic lads but do any of you have an idea what CR standard sr16ve pistons would yeild in a n1 engine(head skimmed from factory)?
Might be an idea for enoehttemi to skim his head instead of new pistons?
