What about a qr crank with 92mm stroker pistons and custom rods and loose the deck plate.

I would think it could be easily done. Issues i see would be with a crank pulley to work unless the VE one would fit. Again not sure. Then a custom flywheel which any company can change the bolt pattern of the flywheel. Again two things that shouldnt be too difficult to figure out. Then its just getting all the measurements right and machining the block to clear the crank.
