Thread: Window switch question

I've been running it off of my coil wires for 12V as well as tach signal. Its been like this on my car along with a couple of my friends cars with no problems.

thanks bes...but what about start ups? from so many draws off the tack wire its ok?

Not a problem bro. You'll be good. I honestly don't remember which wires off the MSD I ran to the two coil wires. When I shut off the car the MSD turns off and comes on instantly when in the on position. Only issue I had was when I rigged the wires to the coil and the car would fall in and out of vvl, lol. Now everything is proper and car is mint.
