Thread: Color code on SR16 Blue valve cover

Anyone have the color code for the SR16 valve cover? I'd like to give her a fresh coat of paint!

Buzump it up...thinking of painting WRX blue but dont want to...lol...

I don't think anyone would have that info. I would just go to a store and check out whatever color looks the closest.

I may just have the paint company come by and use a color eye on it...I'll update this thread if they find a color close by...

I know back in 04 DuPont had a tool like the color eye that you could put right up to a paint and it would give you the mix for the color.

Otherwise, you might have to contact a Japanese Nissan retailer or a major paint company and try to get the paint code.

Go to a powder coat shop and show them a picture of it. They can match it and for about 40-50 bucks you will have a good looking valve cover and the paint will last a lot longer then spray paint.
