Thread: sr20ve n1 cam upgrade

hey guys i just got an sr20ve and i want to upgrade to the n1 cams.
my question is wold i have to upgrade my injectors or the fuel pump?
or can i still run it as im running now with the stock de ecu and injectors?

You can keep it all stock but if you wanna get more outta them upgrade your ecu (chip it and get the car tuned), intake, and exhaust system for starters. You don't have to change your fuel pump but it never hurts to do it and your stock VE injectors will do fine for now.

You're running the DE injectors on a VE?

it can be done. i would change fuel pump ...but not nesscary.... only reaosn i would change it is because hes been working for 15 yrs +

thanks, where can i send my ecu to get chipped and tuned, i was looking to get a jwt ecu but when looking at there website i did not know wich one to get since im new to all this.
i was thinking why not call jwt and tell them what i have so they can point me in the rigth direction. what will be the best i could do in this case i already got ripped off from some guys that sold me an ecu thru ebay.
