I forgot to mention I opened both lower oil pans and it looked a lot better than the valvetrain, just the lower oil pan had some sludge but it was easy to wipe off, there was a dent and I hammered out.

I hate to be the person with a negative opinion - but if i opened a motor with that much sludge in it - id be very concerned.
Check out all the stain marks - they are a direct result of hot oil burning away and leaving thin residual mess everywhere. Although you may have cleaned out the head - imagine what the bottom end bearings copped chewing through that crap! Imagine what the inside face of yoru oil pump looks like with all that sludge running through it! The timing chain tensioner wont have worked properlydue to lower oil pressure - and the chain would have been slapping against the guide prematurely wearing it down.
I think your clearances would be excessive for the age of the motor - and most liekly lead to a short life span. I bet as soon as you put a fresh batch of oil in and run it - the thing will be as noisy as hell
I did opened the bottom end and it did not looked nothing like the head the only place that had sludge was the lower oil pan and it easy wiped off. You're rigth I do know the engine is not good condition and I'm not expecting much of it either, but it's going on a G20 and I'm going to used it until it takes a dump, I got a second car so I'm not depending on it.
