VE Tune Up Questions

what things do i have to get for a tune up, as in what specific plugs or wires do i need? same as a lowport motor or what?

I called Greg and gave him the distributor info to get the correct cap and rotor.
Plugs there are many choices. I like coppers.
OEM wires.
300zx FF.
