is sounds like you guys are getting too much like these honda kids.

Just saying...

Chris.

Chris I agree 100% with you , once people think they have seen it all a guy will come out of knowwhere making more power on a near basic motor and instantly say without a doubt he has other mods done. I want to see some videos of this car and let that do the talking

This is the build i want to keep an eye on. I guess we are close to the limits of the stock bottom end. Any headwork done? CAI or short ram?

cliff, please dont misconstrue my words, i only said im not going to mention ny ve's to put things more into perspective, the ones i have seen with my own eyes, no more no less. i was trying to say im only going to refer to the few ve's that i know of that have been dyoned on marshs dyno. not trying to turn this into a xx vs xx thing at all.

I will be at the meet today.Anybody who wants to bet a good amount of money I will take the head off today in front of everybody and they can see for them selfs.

Stratton PM me who gave you the rundown. Please

this is what i know.

factory stock used sr20ves with the best parts generally put down 19x with a few expceptions laying down 212 .

a sr20ve with oem 86mm 16ve pistons the best parts generally lay down 21x-220.

a sr20ve with a 86.5-87mm 12:5:1 piston with the best parts generally lay down 22x-235.

so with that being said your besting used factory sr20ves by 3x whp, sr20ves with 16ve pistons by about 15whp and your puttind down close to almost higher running sr20ves with slight overbores and 12:5:1 compression pistons.

stratton.

I owned a dyno for many years until very recently . your mod list and that graph doesn't seem to match very well . .. too much power too soon for a 2.0..... good power anyway ,enjoy it!
