14.7 at idle is so so, depends how much timing you are running.
I found maximum torque and power at an almost flat to low 13. (built motor)
On a stock port and intake motor, look for mid to high 12's for maximum torque and power for the same timing figures.

I've found mid 12s to make best power on high cr set ups, and stock internal motors seemed to like low 13s

I idle at 15.0, 11.3-11.7 under boost and bounces back from 14.5-15.3 when cruising at very light throttle.
