E85 works soo great on turbo cars but in an na set up it really depends on how much timing you need to reach your best power. The cooling effects are what really help w the turbo guys. Generally you wil need to multiply your inj by atleast 30% to have enough fuel. I've heard from a couple diff tuners that although the octane is only around 104 or so, it has the same knock resistance as 116...

What injectors would you run on a 2L 13:1 NA VE running E84? 444s? If i add 30% to the stock 333s its 432.9, so 444s should be ok. Basic VE with SR16 pistons and N1 cams. Worth going to E85?

I would go a little bigger and tune to get it where you need it. Maybe some 550cc or 525cc. I rather have to much injector than not enough. With a N/A setup one walboro 255 should be enough to feed your engine.

if you need injectors in the 500cc range, i heard that the 04-06 STI injectors bolt right in to a DE, i believe those flow somewhere in the 500-520 range? correct me if i am wrong. and the only thing that makes me think twice before going e85 are my fuel lines. i read around and some people say you need to run upgraded fuel lines, while some say they stay with stock lines.those who have upgraded say that e85 is corrosive to rubber fuel lines. but then again, there are guys running stock fuel lines with no problem.

Stock lines will be fine. Ethanol is not like Methanol. The regular gas you buy has ethanol in it.
