Good info. I've currently got my timing set to 10* so I can pass emissions this week, and I got to wondering if I could get away with 89. I could always bump the timing and go to 93 for track days, aggressive driving, etc...

Inquiring minds wants to know.

is that in local currency or in us funds?

if its in us currency im paying closer to 5.65

also 1 imperial gallon is 4.55 L
1 us gallon is 3.8L

anyways the local price for 94 octane is 1.47$ a litre *1.03 for exchange

Good to know, I've been wondering the same myself. It's only a 10.3:1 CR, but I guess that's already pushing it for 87 gas.

So $4usd for one gallon. Not to bad for us, but if you take your currency into consideration, $2 can probably buy a TON.

1 Us gallon of 95RON works out $7.83 for us which coverts into €1.50 for 1 Liter In Ireland and the price is rising.
