Just blank it off with a blank off plate and an o-ring. I've run regular DE rails on the VE and it doesn't have that.

I don't think you can just block it off. You would have to replace it with a pipe section like someone else said above.
You should just put a DE rail on there though instead. Might be easier.

Yeah my bad. It needs to join from there to the fuel line.

The DE rail doesn't just bolt up though. (I was using DE ITB's on my VE with an adaptor plate, hence the DE rail.)
