Springs & Retainer Question
So im planning some N1s for my VE and for S&Rs i was thinking about using the H22 S&R from Gspec. What do you Guys think about that setup?

Id love to go with a BC S&R set up but budget is more than i can spend.

^True. I ran my N1's on stock springs and retainers. After a long time of abuse we found the exhaust valves were bent. I think that was more from when I didn't have a rev limiter and the motor saw way past 9K. You can get some valvesprings and run stock retainers if your on a tight budget and wanna feel safe.

I ran my n1's with on the stock valve train. You are ok to 8500rpm on the stock stuff.

I used to pound my 9K limiter. Twas fun. You'll be good man. Just go easy if you have no rev limiter. Don't wanna miss a gear and see a valve go bye bye lol

8500 sounds like a good number.
