Right now I just have a Ka24E and a slippy clutch, and the only deal i can get on the ve is the full engine and because it's a local sale and comes with a kevlar clutch witch i need .__.

yea i have a guy in mind, he has 2 240sx, one s13 with a VG30DETT with bigger turbos and another s14 with an SR20DET

How deep are your pockets? If you're not sure about all of this and have limited wrenching skills just have a local SR20 guru who has experience in doing the swap check it out like Stratton said. Mazworks has the solenoid kit and there are threads on the forums on the swap. This isn't just a piece of cake swap as you are about to find out. My son wants to do the same thing to his RWD DET and has a VE head that I swapped him for turbo parts. His VE head is still sitting in storage 6 months later and he's no lightweight when it comes to wrenching.

Just pay attention to my thread, and yes it will cost more than a basic S13 SR20DEt swap. I'll be spending close to $1000 in just putting it on the dyno so my tuner can change cam settings, create maps, and get it just the way I want it for competition. Seriously if you started with a KA24E (single cam) and you're asking about a frankenstein NA engine build, you're not going to be able to do it properly. Just swap in a KA24DE for now and enjoy the car. Also any shop can install and do wiring, when you spin an engine above 8K things get hairy, ask some honda guys about their local shop experiences and how long their engines lasted and made power before things went south due to someone sayin' ya I can do that!

Do not put a budget on this project because even if u think it cost what ever amount it's going to cost more

you can not stick a sr20ve bottom end into a 240sx. It doesn't work. its not that simple.

just swap a normal sr20de in there right now. and worry about the ve later in time.

Please just pass this deal onto us. No need on trying to embark on this project as you seem strapped for cash.

Not even sure you can use the clutch on a 240sx, as its probably too small in diameter so you can scratch that idea as well
