But you know this.

K is king.

Stratton.

K is king because of Aftermarket support. That is it.

I could care less about times. It could have ran a 10.9, all I care about is the push to have equal parts made for this motor. Give me the right cam and I will guarantee 330+whp under 13.5:1 comp.

Some of the fastest K series tuners in CT agree that the only thing hurting the SR is the lack of people involved and the lack of knowledge from those involved.

Talk to Headgamez, Myers performance, Kelford. Even others, the only thing lacking is support.

Headgamez, who ports some serious K and B series heads were blown away by the potential of the VVL head. They simply dont understand why there was not more of an aftermarket push.

When someone wants to put the facts on paper we can have an open debate.

Even aftermarket support aside the k has a lot in its favor, pretty much superior in almost every way for all out drag. But with parts up to par and once we really figure out what they like we will be right on their heels! : )

Rod stroke ration/ex port size/variable cam timing.

Only 3 that I can see.

You and I both know Cory we wouldn't be wasting our time if the potential was not there.

When you compare a $4000 swap to a $1000 swap there is alot left on the table. K swaps are not cheap by any means.

Stephan at ASP is sitting at 336whp in the all-out K24 build drag car.

I will get his build sheet so we can compare a few things.

Yea those along with head geometry and valve train weight. But your right. I wouldn't be this deep if I didn't have faith. And I will not stop until I see 300+ and 10s....

Same can be said for the f and h series, they've got serious potential aswell.

Aside from the things you listed Jamie, the only thing superior the K has is the ability to go to 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 Liter in size. Thats really it.

Size for size when the right parts are made, both will be equally good size vs size compared.
