I remember seeing one with two s2ks and one with a shorter fd vs stock. And then the stoked js racing one vs the 2.0. But never a race bewteen two same displacment motors with diff rod lenghts...?

Bringing this back from dead, is there any news about this build up?

Maybe I start a 88mm block since I may have a spare

i was gonna bump this too out of curiosity

and i also am probably about to start an 88mm build, haivng been halted on a 92mm build with money shortage.

88mm seems it may be comin poular as a cheap, nice 2.1

He is still waiting for CP. Also has his hands full at Nissan/Nismo with the recent actions in Japan.

how long has he been waiting on cp?

i've a feeling i'll be waiting ages if i order 88mm this week which could ruin the idea being on a bit of a schedule

They are usually 4-6 weeks. I've never had to wait any longer on any of the sets I've ordered.

i think i might drop to 11.7-12:1 to run on 93oct. Just cos it will reduce that risk of det a bit which i really won't want when going 88mm on stock sleeves

my 12.5:1 86mm build has just cracked a ring after 5k miles from knocking a bit i suspect, so gonna go bit lower. Not fussed about every last bit of compression

12.5:1 was knocking on 93 oct? Hmmm I might have to rethink my goals.
