Thread: SR20VE swap runs rough.

I swapped a SR20VE into my b13. I bought a used Calum basic off a forum member that was supposedly tuned for my exact setup (stock VE with N60 MAF) the car idles great but under load from idle to about 4k rpm it feels like its running rich and then it starts to clear up and runs perfect all the way to redline. Does this sound like an ecu tune issue or something else I'm missing?

Wat is ur msd switch set for the cams?

The bin file you have is just a base tune. You need to have it tuned if you want it perfect and safe.

Does your vvl Selinoids activate cause my car has the same problem until I hooked up a window switch

try to borrow a wideband and check air/fuel ratio

My switch is set to 4900, I've tried 4600 and 5600 also I like 4900 the best. I'm gonna pick up a wideband this weekend.
