If you do not fill up ur gas tank all the way, you are allowing the fuel to turn into a vapor. This will affect your mileage negatively.
Whatever you feel can go to the curb. Fill up your tank all the way. Stop wasting more money by doing low fills into your tank all the time just because of the weight savings. Just enjoy the raw power of your car right before you have to fill up the tank and use the other 3/4 of a tank to drive for the best mileage possible.
DO a full tune up. Spark plugs, dizzy, dizzy cap, rotor, check the seals for dizzy, change ur oxygen sensor, change temp sensors, maybe change ur thermostat, clean your MAF sensor wire, etc... My stock, original, USDM DE has 200,000 miles and I get 28-32 MPG in the summer time. Winter time, all MPG drops in cold areas because gasoline has more oxygen into it to help cars with cold starts and colder weather.
