im still not sure RB, i thought VEs love timing to make decent power?

i reeeeally dont want to be forced to retard the ignition to hell just to get it to run
and to be fair, over there you have much more experienced tuners with the VE, over here we have DET silvia tuners.
might take it to a decent honda garage for a little help when the time comes

Uncut SR16 pistons, I had the Frank 4's gen 0 before so I adjusted those to specs, Then I switched back to N1's to break the motor in and they are @ zero Zero.

VE's love timing but unless u run good gas your going to have to dial it out at certain spots. For me I had to kill some timing from 3k to 4.5k on my transition or I would ping like crazy. I don't run as much timing up top like I use to with the stock 10.8.1 pistons I'm down to 28-30deg up top.
