fuji header I have done two cars with them and the switch over is a beautiful gain no drops one was at 5100 rpms and the other car had them switch over at 5300 rpms. I guess different results.

Heres a old sheet from an old motor with the same mods/dyno. Genuine N1's @ 0,0

As funny as it sounds diff dynos will also make your smoothest cam switch at diff rpms. I kno I have to switch higher on the dynodynamics to be smooth then on a dynojet. But I agree, the cams are probably all funky. Throw some n1s in straight up and see what happens.

yeah n1's with a nistune board to get it spot on..

what effect would running with the +5 -5 have with proper n1's?

loss of 18hp from my last test.

Others have had luck but the last 10+ motors I have tested hated it.

There are other variables that may effect outcome.

i was just trying to cut det out.. as a similar build near on identical only with forged CP 12.5:1 pistons had serious det issues on the lower cam between 4-5500rpm.. and had to drop the high spec cams into kicking in at 4800 to stop the worst of it..

That detonation can be blamed on lean AFR's that are shown in the last graph, along with not knowing what the map is doing for timing. You need full tuning capability. No other way around it.
