Thread: vvl b15 to b14 wiring question

so i used the jgy write up someone else posted on how to convert to using a b14 ecu on a vvl/det in a b15......pretty good, except ONE wire i have a question about. it calls for pin 9 on the b14 to be spliced with pin 48 on the b15......which is fine, except there IS no wire on pin 9, and even when you look it up pin 9 isnt anything.....its a nothing pin so far as i know......anyone know anything about this? just dont want issues getting her up and running.....

I have a complete jdm sr16ve b15 engine harness, it also has the ecu in the engine compartment just like the USDM B15.
