I for one know how you feel, Dumb as it sounds Strat,when its up and running again, put back a stock intake manifold,maf,your current 4-1 and a nissan tunable ecu(for now)til you have enough miles on it.Dont throw all the goodies at it at once when you have no starting point regarding a tune/base map, because all it takes is one issue with all the supporting cast and its bye,bye motor. I have over two thousand miles on my 2.4 and its running strong as shit.I started with the basics and gradually added one aspect at a time.Again, its all part of the game,I know you'll be good next time around.
