What. Kind of gains can I espect from a. Good port and polish on both side intake. And. Exhuast will. Itbe 5 or 10hp

If someone does a good bowl blend, port match, 5 angle and leaves somewhat of a rough port finish for a good boundry layer to pick up air speeds you will probably see between 15-18whp, make sure whomever does it has a flow bench and get bench numbers so you can see your cfm improvement and make sure its measured at a realistic lift

Its not so easy.

Unless the engine is big comp and big cam with agressive chamber design and big poke pistons, keep the portwork simple.

I had all the above done, and I still wouldn't say the headwork made a big difference, maybe 5-10 hp.

The stock port flow more than what a 2.0 need to achieve 100% VE at 8,000rpm.

The headwork would be more worthwhile on a bigger engine.

but he's got the 90mm bore so it should help some and I believe he's also getting a Custom IM
