Valve Springs - BC or Supertech?
Any recomandations of which company i should go for with my valve springs and retainers?

I can give specs on my build if required..

I can find this info on the supertech springs:
Spring Specifications:

Outer Spring -- 30.00mm OD -- 21.80mm ID
Inner Spring -- 20.50mm OD -- 15.50mm ID
130 lbs seat pressure -- 130 lbs @ 37.30mm
11.50mm Max Net Lift
19.50mm Coil Bind
11.20 lbs/mm Rate

And this is all i can find on BC springs:
•Seat: 1.550" @ 90lbs
•Open: 1.025" @ 220lbs
•Coil bind: 0.910"

Ive got no idea what any of that means...

The hd supertechs have better seat pressure. If your installing big cams then go with the hds.

Whats the set up

130pound of seat pressure is huge.

100 pound of seat pressure is enough if your not spinning over 9,000.

The HD version requres you to machine the spring seat out on the head and reshim as well i think!
