No. Not with just 1. You can use 2, or use a Greddy MSS.

Also, set the switch to turn the cams off about 100 RPM lower than the setting for turning them on.

For example: Switch intake cams on at 5600, off at 5500. If you can't do this, and set the switchover at, say, 5500 for both on and off, the cams will flutter when you cruise at that RPM, causing the switch to turn the cams on and off again, in rapid succession.

If you have 2 of them, yes. As they're a signal channel (according to the manual) it can control only 1 or both, but not the two separately.

Greddy MSS is unfindable so then I have to buy 2 8969's.

Or any other RPM window switch device. Doesn't have to be MSD, but they're quite common to be used here. The price of them seems quite expensive that's all.
