There are times when I wish I had left the VE in the NX stock. I may take it back there anyways and sell the N1's. Take the exhaust back to 2.5" and call it a day.

That's what I want the Stromung center section for. I already have a Nissan Motorsports (Borla) NX rear section.

But for a car you drive everyday I like this thing.
My turbo car has over 400whp and it is kinda useless. I mean i really think around 200whp is great for a daily.

Here is what it has now.

Fujitsubo Header
JWT ECU
3in exhaust
Maxima MAF
JWT pop
Clutchnet flywheel and clutch kit
AGXs/Hyperco Gen 2
Progress Front and rear bar
NX brakes
NX rad
And A/C lol
N1s and a custom grind on the shelf

Right now I love it.

Ju

Does it drive well around town with the JWT ECU? I seem to remember reading that some people complained about their low RPM performance with JWT but I think the posts were a couple years old, maybe they've fixed the program now.

N1's have the same power on the low cam as std 20ve cams so dont see the point, just missing out on the 20hp top end for nothing.

Cory, I agree with you 100% but, eventually just having enough is good.

You seem to be very competative so more power to you. I like the fact that you want to do nothing but, improve your car. I for one just want a 500 whp decently quick car. That should hold me over. I wouldn't want anything more than that ever out of this car.

The VE in different applications is not the same for everyone. We all know this. For a daily 200whp could satisfy most on this forum. A few have a bit more of an adrenaline fix and either turbo the VE or do significant upgrades to boost the VE in NA form. As we all know Cory has set the bar for NA performance and he isn't done yet by a longshot. He puts pressure on himself to go faster in the 1/4 mile. As for the JWT ecu, it worked well for me with nearly the exact setup as nissansr20nx, Fuji and all. With a Calum RT and N1s it took some effort to tune the low end to match the stock VE cams below 4K but as it is with any setup whether turbo or NA tuning is critical to get the most from one's setup whether they run stock cams or greater.
