Just compiling a list of materials for doing a job like this. This is a parts list from burns stainless.
1 3/4 $44.54 each need 4 = 178.16
1 7/8 $49.78 Each need 4 = 199.12
collector $327
3" 45 degree $59 each need 3 = $177
3 inch flex joint need 1 $75
Sr20ve flange $ 65
2 bolt flange $25

Thats a total of $1045.28 just for parts in Burns Stuff gets Expensive.

Parts in vibrant are
1 3/4 $32.95 each need 4 = 131.80
1 7/8 $34.95 Each need 4 = 139.80
collector $280
3" 45 degree $50 each need 3 = $150
3 inch flex joint need 1 $75
Sr20ve flange $ 65
2 bolt flange $25

Total in vibrant parts are $866

You can see a price difference from both companies.
I do have to say the burns bends are almost perfect and every joint will fit when you cut them. This make a better header.

Making these headers for 1000 dollars is actually very cheap. It only adds up for about 2 hours labor. It really takes a full day to make and fit them properly. As far as mazworx selling them for 599 thats a good deal. all the power to them. Im sure parts will be cheaper from other places. This is only quick price for all that have pmed me and would like too know. Im not insulting anyone but this is what it takes. Im not actually sure if someone has put a parts list together before. Here is one if someone wants to do there own or pay someone to do it.
