Thread: Xcessive plenum - which runners?!

well the bottom runner is 6" long i had a rough measure today so would be waaay to short thanks for the info mr sentra..

also craig.. you need 3x5mm vacume takeoffs and 2x10mm takeoffs one for crank casse and one for brake booster.. so its not just a case of bolting the plenum on...

so this plenum looks definitely more for boosted cars due to the short runners

in which case it's either full on custom IM or nothing then? am i right in thinking the intake is the weaker link at the moment though?

hmmm maybe i'll put the cash elsewhere

yeh i know none of that stuffs too bad but the short runner length kinda ruins this plenum idea doesnt it. n1 runners maybe better but not without custom flange to suit

and welding and porrting as they have a reverse tapper

I'll be doing a intake manifold soon for my car too. Going to use a Q45 throttle too hope it works craiGTi shoot me a pm.

I'm loving my q45 intake mani 90 mm opening is crazy! But do what I did, 4" intake pipe and installed the maf element into the pipe! Sick setup! Wish my dyno figures reflected it
