have been discussing this with a friend of mine, and he commented how the guys doing the Dyno runs didn't put in any probes near the intake to get a proper Intake temp, as the the IT is shown to be a lower than the AT, was thinking whether this had any affect, having checked various graphs at the other dyno I usually go to, and always get my cars tuned at, noticed the IT was always a little bit higher than the AT, maybe nothing..

will be going to the other Dyno place in 2 weeks time, to try n see what difference I get from them...

as the graph shows, on the road when you do push the car, it just keeps on going, no sign of letting off till it hits the limiter...

wheres the DD intake air temp sensor? DD have a real sensitive intake air temp scaling! This could be the reaosn for your lowish numbers

intake temp sensor, no where near the car, prolly hanging on the computer or near there...

oh god. dyno, end of.

how many people have had low figures from that particular dyno and other dyno dynamics nearby. Look at mine, 173whp from a 12.5:1, 2 litre ve with n1 cams, 4-1 header, 3" exhaust etc etc. Its loowwww. Go to a dynojet and see.

No amount of 'fine tuning' to suit your particular set up is gonna gain 30-40hp on a graph that looks nice anyway.

By the sound of it of all the VE's dyno'd in the south east on any of the several dyno dynamics, mine is the highest at 173whp, the few other 2litre milder builds got 150whp, and your 1.6 n1 got this. It's no coincidence or that all these ve's are runnin like shit! lol

This is fucking spot on...
My last year DE build got 115 WHP on this dyno..
Yet on tarmac it was a fucking shredder pulling 98MPH terminals on the quarter mile lol...

had the car dyno'd at the place I usually get all my mapping done at, and it made 173bhp and 143whp, still no where near factory claimed, but with the age of the car, and things most likely not 100% its a figure that is more believeable to me with how the car goes, etc...

You just have to accept the numbers nissan claim just arent real! Like i said we have had N1 on dynos here and got nothing the like the results nissan say.

Dyno Dynamics don't read low, they read accurately.

Everyone wants the dyno that will give them the highest number, keep that in mind. It is a more efficient and powerful tool then any other chassis dyno imo.

I put down 181whp.

With an sr20ve, n1cams, wai, jwt popcharger,4-2-1 budget header, 3inch exhaust, calum realtime.
