Choosing cams
I would like to get some info on the different choices available in cams for a VE.
Please dont tell me to use search as there is so many diff threads about diff setups.

I know there is 4 choices from Nissan
Sr16ve
Sr16ve N1
Sr20ve
Sr20ve 20v

What are the other options that are better than any of the factory versions?
Where can I find proper specs on the cams that are available?
Is there any company currently making 20v lows/N1 highs? (from reading I think this maybe best)

I am looking for cams for a 2.2, 12.5:1 motor, with all the head work to support any cam

Thanks

^Nuff said. The 184-C's are the truth. At least for now that is.

Franklin is said to make these if you whisper to their ear loud enough.

How it goes in this forum, since no test, write-up, pictures, videos, dyno charts AND 1/4 mile time slips have been shown to prove them, they simply do not exist and if they do, they are a waste of time and money.

Kelford 184C version 2 are the ones you might look into if over 2L.

Helpful now?

Also, I read all that here (searched?) and have never even looked at cams other than SR16VE and SR20VE myself (not even N1s), so don't believe me a word.

We are doing cams now out of sydney.

We have the ability to do a genuine 20v low with N1 high as we have masters of both available.

Our billets are the same billets that nissan uses.
