Is the car tuned? Mine used to have spots like that where it felt kinda weak. Once it was tuned pulled smooth all the way up.

Go through basics like plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter, wires, etc. Check you grounds as well.

When are the cams switching? And what is the car tuned with?

It might need some timming adjustements on that area, or maybe the AFRatio is bad at those Rpms

knock sensor maybe pulling timing... or since its n1's maybe your engagement is too low. n1's should be engaged @ ~5200+ rpm

Try cam gears, they are supposed to bring your powerband earlier.

That's were your problems is, no need to be looking anymore.. Its way too low even for regular sr20 cams, and with N1 even worse, at least here in the island, most of the people have them engaging in the 5600-6000rpm range
