I didn't bother Adrian. I don't think there is a supplier in oz. It was relatively fast, less than 2 weeks I think. I have the vibrant 3" resonator and a magnaflow cat in front of it. It sounds good like I said but it is loud. I think eggman's video make it sound quieter than mine but hard to say. Could be the recording. When the car is going again you're welcome to have a listen but it might be 2 weeks now.

Just wanted to add some info...
. In those videos,I was running (2) 5 inch round x 14' long magnaflow resonators ,back to back,with no cat,then into a stealth Vibrant muffler.(all 3 inch)
Maybe thats why it seems quieter.

What would you say about the NZ made 'AdrenalinR' mufflers?

Expensive; though somewhat overall cheaper when taking into account O/S lack of warranty of something like an INFERIOR product from Magnaflow.

With SO many good reviews it's surprising the issues showing up.
The muffler was also a 'race series', to handle the power...

GRRRRR!

Looks like they make mostly fart cannons and dumpy tip jobs but there was a couple of oval shaped ones on the custom page. Maybe if you got them to make a custom oval that was as long as will fit and say 10 or 12 inch x 6 inch oval it would be a bit quieter? If I was getting one custom made I would get it so it could be dismantled and repacked like a dirt bike muffler. See how much they would charge for that.

Sent AdrenalinR a message, leaving my details e-mail addy and mobile number, just pressed the send button and the phone rang... '06' number, talk about fast service!

They do a custom 9" by 5.5" by 15" 3" spiral-louvered non-polished option, used by the midget / TQ guys for NZ $ 399. Re-packable as well.

Believe it or not obx makes a series of mufflers called "Forza". They make them in different styles, these mufflers are very quiet at least the pans are. I had a 3' Forza SP2 look alike on my car on my cammed DE with an SSAC 2.5 header and 2 1/2 exhaust it was pretty damn quiet and not raspy at all. With the VE the car was barely audible until it vvl. When I went VE-T the exhaust was super quiet, almost like stock. I've had the same muffler for 5 years already and it's in still great shape.

My .02 cents
