As said above, you need to dyno, a gtech, a buddy that pulls a bumper off you or something like that to monitor changes in power. the dyno being the more controlled of them.
Also, if you dont ever reach your last TP columns why have them? In fact, why have the last four TP columns with the same value and 7200 and 8000 rpm with the same value? Your map is effectively 15 x 13 instead of 16 x 16.
If you were boosting, you may extend beyond in TP usable range just in case the wastegate sticks open or turbo super spikes and fill the last TP column with safe timing values. Like you have it now, you may as well end the TP scale at 74 and the rpm at 7200 and perhaps redistribute these points lower in the scale to give you better resolution.
