I'm just sayin 10 because I kno the one I made made 10 over the ssac. So it shouldn't be to tought to beat. But yeah I also think it would be more helpful to see the tests with your header vs the ssac. Since that's what 90% of these guys are running. Sorry, I'm not trying to bust anyones balls...

I think you are not busting anyone balls. It would be a great comparison considering a few things. One being the SSAC is the header that is used most by VE owners and two these tests are being done on a stock VE with N1 cams which is also very common.

This test was done on a Mustang Dyno. At certain points this header did make 10 more and the power came in sooner and ran smoother. We also did the initial dyno using a stock VE manifold which is better than the SSAC. It's longer type 4-2-1 and the ports actually align. So seeing this much gain from the stock VE manifold is not bad.

I would have to disagree here as far as more power. We have seen power increases by using a SSAC over a stock VE manifold. Now keep in mind yes the SSAC has to notched in order for the ports to line up correctly.

Regardless a 10 whp increase across the board on a untuned car by just slapping a header on the car is great!

It is very nice to see a kickass company/shop develop somthing cool for the NA guys.

We usually port or bore the holes so the primaries still line up w the ve head. Also I didn't kno the stock casp piece was better, I assumed the secondary would be a bottle neck. I'm glad you guys are doing r/d on this thought. Good luck we expect great things from you guys

Also note, that these headers will fit both DE/VE setups. We made our flanges already slotted so they will line up for both engines.

X2, We saw the same thing. The SSAC made more than the stock VE manifold and it was only the 2" collector version.

I would also commend Mazworx for doing a true apple to apple comparison with no tuning advantage to a specific header. The gains on the Mazworx header is legit.

The SSAC I bought, could have been used on a VE. I had a Nissan OEM Exhaust manifold gasket and when I overlayed that on the head, it fit perfectly, as expected.

What I did not expect was when I took the OEM Nissan gasket and lay it over the flange of the header I bought from "DNA Motoring" There was significant, yet even overlap in all four ports.

Now, I do not know know how large the VE ports are on the exhaust side, but I have heard they are larger the the DE. With what I said above, that header, could have very well, fit the VE engine.

I had to enlarge the two endmost flange holes about 1/8 inch to make it fit on flush. I had to grind down two nuts to fit over the welds. Some minor work, but it was not a flawless install.

As far as port alignment goes, I have no idea from the four ports on the head to the flange. I will not know that until I take it off.

At the point where it goes down from four to two tubes, I used silly putty as a "gasket" and made sure that both ports lined up and sure enough, they did. 2.5" collector also.

Either way, I would prefer a maxworx header that has work done to it, research behind it, care to the part, and made in America is another plus.

I think the numbers are good for what they are considering. Once again, I thank you for your work. Hope I win the lottery and I will send some people to college, I promise. As long as I win the lottery...
