Machine shop error.

Mr. Benson was not able to do a few things to ensure proper head sealing.

you KNOW i'm more than just INTERESTED in this, right? my block was bored/sleeved by the same shop
i've done a cooling system pressure check (to beyond 18psi) that turned out fine.
would that check have revealed the sealing issue on this motor?

When Benson sleeves his block and performs the final decking of the block his machine does not go out far
enough to cut the front cover/oil pump. We found this out after removing the head and calling Benson to verify.

We all remember Donttazmebro/Onyxeros 2.2 build right? Well I remember after a few dyno runs long ago he noticed some
mocha colored oil and guess who sleeved/machined his block?

cant beleive such a simple error.

I wouldnt be using those guys again.

Part blame comes down to the person who assembled the engine. You always check the deck and front cover!
