Just a quick Q that is related to this.
To feed oil to the VVL head you need an oil line off the DE/T block, much like for the turbo. Would you just add another T into the line running oil to the turbo (before any restricter of course) and run that to the head? Is there even though oil coming from the stock sending units port to feed both the head and a turbo?
