Thread: JWT CAMS who REALLY want them

I sent an email to Ben at JWT, last week, about the VE cams and ask him if it would help in their decision to make cams for VE if there was a group of peoples that were really interested by their cams and ready to send a deposit for them. I was surprised that he told me that he would need at least 10 serious customers. He said the cams would be around $750. I think that if JWT is going to make VE cams it is now or never. I bought their S3, C2 and C3 cams for my DE and they all worked very well and I know that if JWT make cams for the VE they will work well. The cams would be for N/A engine. Ben asked me to make a survey of the peoples who are REALLY INTERESTED. I don't know how long it would take to make the cams and how much they would ask for deposit, I need to know how many peoples are interested first.
I would like that everyone that is REALLY INTERESTED by JWT VE cams send me a PM with their name, email address and phone number. If I have to buy 2 or 3 sets of cams to make this happen I will do it.

There are other options but it would always be great to have even more options. Id love to see what jwt comes up with for a na ve cam. Idk if I'm willing to give a deposite. Id just really like to see if they could out do the competition.

If the gains are crazy and dyno proven(just like dropping in a set if S4s in a DE). I don't see why they wouldn't sell them. Allthough that price is a bit high(IMO). I know JWT will put plenty of R&D into the cams to make them well worth the price.

On another note we can buy a set of N1s and add 25whp(just throwing out numbers) or buy a JWT set and make the same or close people will keep buying N1s

I am down if this is geared towards people with big flowing heads. I don't want a drop in cam for a street motor.

if they make the cams and they out do the competition they wont have any probablem at all selling 10 sets but people are going to want to see dyno numbers etc. everyone knows that

are you not worried they will pull your distributor status?? lol.. giving trade secrets seems like a big no-no..
