I zoomed into the placard. It says "SR20VE" in the bottom right hand corner to the left of one of the black circles/dots.
I had to hit "enhance" a few times but it came out eventually.

I think it means SR20VE bottom end...

I don't think Tomei has ever done any VE stuff so maybe it is one of their high compression motors?
